Mysore (or Mysuru), a city in India’s southwestern Karnataka state, was the capital of the Kingdom of Mysore from 1399 to 1947. In its center is opulent Mysore Palace, seat of the former ruling Wodeyar dynasty. The palace blends Hindu, Islamic, Gothic and Rajput styles. Mysore is also home to the centuries-old Devaraja Market, filled with spices, silk and sandalwood.

Kodagu, also known as Coorg, is a rural district in the southwest Indian state of Karnataka. In the area’s north, Madikeri Fort has 2 life-size elephant statues at its entrance, plus a Gothic-style church with a museum on its grounds. Nearby, the Hindu Omkareshwara Temple dates back to the 19th century. Farther north are the domed Raja’s Tomb, a burial place of Kodava kings, and cascading Abbi Falls.

Ooty (short for Udhagamandalam) is a resort town in the Western Ghats mountains, in southern India’s Tamil Nadu state. Founded as a British Raj summer resort, it retains a working steam railway line. Other reminders of its colonial past include Stone House, a 19th-century residence, and the circa-1829 St. Stephen’s Church. Its 55-acre Government Botanical Garden lies on the slopes of Doddabetta Peak.

ITINERARY

• Day 2: Bangalore to Mysore 3 to 4 Hours After Breakfast Check out from Hotel & on the way visit Srirangapatna – Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple, Tippu’s Summer Palace, fort, Nimishamba Temple, Chamundi Hills – Chamundeshwari Temple, Mahishasura and Nandi, Mysore Zoo, Mysore Palace, Jaganmohan Palace Art Gallery, St.Philomena’s Church, KRS – Brindavan Gardens musical fountain. • Day 4: coorg sightseeing after breakfast visit Talakaveri- birth plae of river cuvery,en route visit bhagamandala bhagandeshwara temple,and triveni sangama,madikeri fort,overnight stay at madikeri.

• Day5:madikeri to ooty 7 hours After breakfast, check out hotel. & Proceed for Ooty Bandipur National Forest Cine Shooting Point, Pyakara Lake, Payakara Waterfall, Ooty sightseeing – Rose Garden, Ooty Lake, Botanical Garden,and Ooty lake. Overnight stay at ooty.

• Day6: Ooty Coonoor Sightseeing After Breakfast coonoor Sightseeing – Sim’s Park, Lam’s Rock, Dolphin Nose and Back in Ooty visit Tea factory, Tea Museum and Doddabetta Peak. Overnight stay at Ooty.
